I am a lifelong resident of the Western Maine region providing a great amount of knowledge on the area and its many different options. My professional background stretches 10 years in the real estate field with experience in vacation rentals, property management, appraisals and sales. I am the owner and designated broker of Deiulio Realty Group always striving to provide the best experience possible with the clients that I work with. Along with running the real estate business full time I am also invested with other commercial and residential real estate properties on my own in our area. I live in Bethel with my wife Amanda and two children.

I have lived in the Bethel area for over 16 years and for the last 10 have been managing vacation rentals in our second home market. My family is originally from the Western Maine region and I love living here with my own little family. My husband Anthony and I have 2 sweet and crazy kiddos, Marco and Stella and a Frenchie named Mac. Maire Katlin, Office Manager
I am a lifelong resident of the Bethel area and a mother of two boys, Devin and Cole. For the past five years, I have worked as a Pre-K Teacher/ Site Manager for the Pre-K Collaborations with MSAD 17 and Community Concepts. My passion in life is to help others which brought me here to Deiulio Realty Group as the Office Manager. My goal is to keep all of our transactions in line at all times and help navigate both buyers and sellers with new tasks as we progress as a team towards the closing.
